His skill set encompasses music management, marketing, content creation, artist management, music video directing, promotion, and distribution.

Leopold's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Visual Communications from the Royal College of Arts, which has honed his storytelling abilities both visually and in writing. This education, combined with his diverse professional background—including roles as a construction supervisor, film director, and band leader—has equipped him with expertise in leadership, communications, directing, and people management.


In the realm of film, Leopold directed "Sceptrum," a dystopian short film set in New London, 2034. The narrative follows Sergeant Halligan of the Victorium Security Division, tasked with protecting data tower 48 for Sceptrum, a government-run social media platform led by influencers. As the story unfolds, Halligan begins to question her role and the facade of artificial happiness surrounding her. Leopold undertook the writing, scheduling, directing, scoring, and editing of the film as part of his MA program, showcasing his multifaceted talents in storytelling and production. ​


Musically, Leopold is the frontman of Laddermen, a Swiss-based indie/art-rock band known for its melancholic tones and comparisons to groups like The Strokes, The Killers, and Interpol. Their debut album, "Special Kind of Violence," received critical acclaim, charting at number 2 on iTunes Alternative Switzerland and being hailed as "One of the most beautiful albums of 2021" by Tagesanzeiger. Beyond his work with Laddermen, Leopold composes music for video games, animations, exhibitions, and films, demonstrating his versatility as a musician and composer.

As a dedicated content creator, I bring a unique blend of experience from diverse roles, such as a construction supervisor, film director, and band leader. This has equipped me with multidisciplinary expertise in leadership, communications, content creation, directing, and people management in a warm, professional, and confident manner, even under pressure. My strong organizational and time-management skills allow me to be highly productive and work effectively without immediate supervision. This self-discipline enables me to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to project plans independently. I have further specialized with an MA in Visual Communications at the Royal College of Arts, which has sharpened my story-telling visually and written to better engage with audiences and communicate art. I thrive as a team player with a can-do attitude, taking pleasure in successfully completing various projects, whether it's constructing a building, finalizing a film, or creating content for an organization.
